من خلال طلب منتج من سورس بيوتي وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة (نحن، سورس بيوتي) للمنتجات المباعة على الموقع (منتجات) سيتم اعتبار أنك قد قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط والأحكام”) من فضلك أقرأ هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية وإذا كنت غير راضي عن أي جانب منها، فعليك التواصل مع خدمة العملاء المختصين قبل عمل طلب معنا.

نقوم بتعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام من حين لأخر، لذلك يرجى مراجعة أعلى هذه الصفحة لترى أخر مرة تم فيها تعديل الشروط والأحكام. في كل مرة تقوم فيها بشراء منتج منا، سيتم تطبيق الشروط والأحكام المعمول بها أثناء عمل طلبك وفقاً للعقد المبرم بينك وبيننا. إذا ما توجب علينا إعادة النظر في هذه الشروط والأحكام وأدى هذا إلى تأثير مادي على طلبك، سنقوم بالتواصل معك لنعلمك بشأن هذه التغيرات مسبقاً وبكيفية إلغاء عقدك إذا كنت غير راضي عن هذه التغيرات.

هذا الموقع مملوك ومدار من قبل سورس بيوتي، شركة ذات مسئولية محدودة ومقر مكتبها هو 18أ – شارع 11 – المعادي – القاهرة –  مصر – رقم الشركة 128178 رقم التسجيل الضريبي هو: 001_5_01503_189_00_00  (سورس بيوتي).هذه الشروط والأحكام تتضمن شروط وأحكام عامة لاستخدام هذا الموقع، شروط وأحكام متعلقة بالخدمات وشروط وأحكام متعلقة بالمنتجات المباعة والمشترى على الموقع. برجاء قراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام بعناية. استخدامك للموقع والخدمات وشراء أي من المنتجات المعروضة على الموقع سيخضع لهذه الشروط والأحكام.

٢.  صلاحية الموقع لتسجيل معلومات العملاء

حتى تستطيع الشراء من خلال موقعنا وتستخدم الخدمات والميزات المتاحة لك على الموقع، سوف يتعين عليك التسجيل في الموقع. عندما تقوم بعمل التسجيل، سيطلب منك توفير معلومات عن نفسك بما في ذلك وليس على سبيل الحصر، اسمك، رقم الهاتف والبريد الكتروني، حقيقي وصحيح، مفعل وكامل في جميع النواحي، إذا تغير معلومات تسجيلك في المستقبل يتعين عليك تغيير معلومات حسابك الشخصي على الموقع على الفور. قد نقوم بتغيير متطلبات التسجيل من حين لأخر. من ناحية أخرى عند طلب منتج سوف يتعين عليك توفير تفاصيل طريقة  الدفع  وتقر وتتعهد بأن تفاصيل الدفع التي تقدمها عند الطلب صالحة وصحيحة وتؤكد أنك الشخص المشار إليه في المعلومات الفاتورة المقدمة.

٣. سياسة التسعير

٤.  وفرة المنتجات

جميع المنتجات متوفرة، والأسعار المذكورة على موقعنا تطبق طالما أن المنتجات متوفرة وإذا ذكر عكس ذلك سنقوم بإعلامك بأسرع وقت ممكن إذا كان المنتج الذي قمت بطلبه غير متوفر.

٥. عملية الشراء عبر الإنترنت

خطوات عمل طلب هي كالتالي:

1. تضع المنتج الذي ترغب في شرائه إلى عربة التسوق
2. إذا كنت ترغب في إرسال مشترياتك كهدية بإمكانك طلب تغليفها في مرحلة اختيار طريقة التسليم من عملية الطلب وعندها سيكون لديك الفرصة لإضافة رسالة شخصية في الجزء المخصص لكتابة الملاحظات.
3. عليك توفير عنوان التسليم، عنوان الفاتورة وأي معلومات مطلوبة  خاصة بالدفع.
4. سوف يتعين عليك قراءة الشروط والأحكام بعناية وقبولها.
5. قبل إرسال طلبك سوف تتاح لك الفرصة بإعادة النظر في المنتجات التي قمت بشرائها وأسعارها (بما فيها أي رسوم أو مبالغ إضافية مثل رسوم خدمة التوصيل) وجميع المعلومات التي قمت بإدخالها.
6. عليك الضغط “تأكيد الطلب” لإتمام عملية طلبك.

٦. أخطاء عملية الشراء

بإمكانك تعديل أي من الأخطاء الخاصة بطلبك قبل الضغط على زر “تأكيد الطلب” في الصفحة الأخيرة من عملية الشراء.

٧. إقرار وتأكيد طلبك

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error when we dispatch the Products to you) (“Contract”). We may not accept your order if a product you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a Product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

٨.التوصيل

Deliveries can be made only to Egypt. If you have a question about delivery we will advise you if you call our Customer Services team on +20 120 159 9953 during business hours.

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options below for full details and terms. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Friday and Saturday and national holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries; however, you will incur only one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order, there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Upon delivery of the Products to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and to address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your Products.

٩. الدفع

يمكن إجراء دفع المبلغ من خلال الطرق التالية:

يمكن الدفع من خلال بطاقات إئتمان فيزا أو ماستر كارد. سيتم خصم وسحب المبلغ المالي من حسابك البنكي عند إرسال طلبك. تقر أنت أن بطاقة الائتمان المستخدمة هي ملكلك. يرجى العلم أن جميع حاملي بطاقات الائتمان يتم التحقق وطلب الإذن من قبل مصدر البطاقة. إذا كان المصدر المسؤول عن دفع المبلغ قام برفض سداد المبلغ المالي أو لا يرغب لأي من الأسباب منح الإذن بإتمام عملية الدفع، “لسورس بيوتي” فلن نكون مسؤولين عن أي تأخر أو عدم تسليم المنتجات. نملك الملكية القانونية لجميع المنتجات حتى يتم سداد المبلغ المالي كاملاً من جهتك و تلقيناها نحن وستنتقل على الفور الملكية القانونية للمنتجات مرة أخرى إلينا في حالة قيامنا برد أي مبلغ مالي للمنتجات إليك. المخاطرة تنتقل إليك عند تسلم المنتجات.

١٠. حقوق الإلغاء الخاصة بك

١٠.١ لإلغاء الطلب:

يتوجب عليك إعلامنا بالمنتج الذي ترغب إلغائه. أسهل طريقة لعمل ذلك هو بمراسلتنا على البريد الإلكتروني مشمول رقم الفاتورة إلى info@sourcebeauty.com.   في أي رسالة أو تواصل ما يتعلق بإلغاء طلب ما شراء عليك كتابة تفاصيل طلبك، من ضمنها رقم الطلب لتساعدنا على التعرف عليه وسوف يتم الإلغاء..

١٠. ٢ فى حالة قمت إلغاء طلبك ، فسنقوم بما يلى:

1. يعاد إليك المبلغ المالي الخاص بالمنتج المرتجع. لكن يرجى العلم أنه من حقنا قانونياً تخفيض المبلغ المسترد حتى يعكس أي انخفاض في قيمة البضاعة إذا ما كانت أنت سبباً في تلف المنتج بشكل لا يسمح بإعادة بيع المنتج. إذا قمنا بإعادة المبلغ المالي المدفوع الخاص بك قبل أن نقوم بفحص البضاعة، ثم نكتشف لاحقاُ أنك قمت سبباً في بتلف الباضعة سيتوجب عليك دفع مبلغ مناسب.
2. إعادة أي مبلغ خاص بخدمة التوصيل أنت قمت بدفعها، ويعاد إليك الحد الأقصى لتكلفة خدمة الشحن بأقل تكلفة شحن نقدمها (يسمح به قانونياً))
3. رد أي مبلغ مالي مستحق في أسرع وقت ممكن وتحت أي ظروف في خلال 14 يوم بعد يوم من استرداد المنتج منك ومبكراً عن ذلك سيكون اليوم الذي توفر لنا دليل أنك أعدت إرسال المنتجات لنا.
4. استبدال المنتج، إذا ما ذكرت من خلال رسالة البريد الإلكتروني أنك ترغب في تبديل المنتج بدلاً من إسترداد القيمة المالية سوف تتم العملية في خلال 7 أيام عمل من استرداد البضاعة المرتدة وسوف يتم توصيلها خلال خدمة الشحن الموحدة. في تلك الحالة سوف يتم عمل عقد جديد بيننا متعلقاً بالمنتج الذي قمت بإختياره (مشمولة  جميع حقوق سياسة الإلغاء والإسترداد المذكورة هنا سوف تنطبق على المنتج الجديد). في حالة عدم قدرتنا على تلبية طلب التبديل الخاص بك سنقوم بإعادة قيمة المبلغ المالي للمنتج ويلغى العقد الأصلي المبرم بيننا.

١١.٣ إذا تم شحن طلبك أو قمت بإستلامه قبل أن تقرر إلغاء العقد الخاص بك

1. عليك إعادة الشحنة في غلافها الأصلي دون أي تأخير أو ظروف، خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد اليوم الذي تقوم بإعلامنا فيه عن  رغبتك في إلغاء العقد
2. يجب إعادة المنتج إلى العنوان التالي – 
   سورس بيوتي ل ل سي (شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة)
   18أ – شارع 11 ، المعادي ، القاهرة، مصر.
3. إذا لم يكن المنتج تالف أو ليس كما تم وصفه ستكون أنت مسؤول عن دفع مبلغ إعادة المنتج إلينا.

١١. العروض

تم عرض جميع سلع البيع والسلع الترويجية وتوفرها للشراء بسعرها الأصلي، والمرتفع لمدة لا تقل عن ٢٨يوم على الأنترنت قبل أن يتم تخفيضها إلى السعر المخفض المذكور في الموقع أو في المحل.
بعض المنتجات الموجودة في عملية البيع هي ترويجية ، ولذا فإن أسعار هذه المنتجات قابلة للتغيير وقد تزيد بعد فترة التخفيضات. قد يستغرق تسليم المشتريات في المملكة المتحدة ما يصل إلى ٧  أيام عمل.
قد تستغرق المنتجات المخفضة وقت أطول للوصول بسبب حجم الطلبات المقدمة خلال فترة التخفيضات. يرجى ملاحظة أنه على الرغم من أن جميع المنتجات تكون في حالة جيدة إلا أنه نظراً لطبيعة عملية البيع بعض العبوات الخارجية تكون متأكلة قليلاً. لا يمكن تغليف المنتجات المخفضة كهدية.يرجى العلم أنه قد تنفذ كمية منتج ما أثناء طلب الشراء وسيتم تأكيد طلبك فقط بمجرد شحنة.

١٢   . مسؤوليتنا عن الخسارة أو الضرر 

نحن مسؤولون أمامك عن الخسارة والأضرار الناتجة عنا. إذا أخفقنا في الامتثال لهذه الشروط والأحكام فسنكون مسوؤلين عن الخسارة أو الضرر الذي تعرضت له كنتيجة متوقعة لكسر هذا العقد أو فشلنا في التعامل بعناية ومهارة مناسبة.يكون فقدان أو تلف المنتج متوقعة إذا كان من الواضح حدوثة أو إذا، في الوقت الذي  ابرم فيه العقد كلانا علمنا احتمالية حدوثة (على سبيل المثال، إذا ما ناقشته معنا أثناء عملية البيع).
نوفر فقط المنتجات للاستخدام المحلي والخاص. توافق على عدم إستخدام المنتجات في أي أغراض تسويقية، أوتجارية أو إعادة بيع.لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك عن أي خسارة في الأرباح، أو خسارة تجارية، أو خسارة عمل، أو إنقطاع العمل، أو فقدان فرصة عمل.

13. QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

14. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organisation and we will always notify you in writing if this happens (but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these T&Cs). You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these T&Cs to another person if we agree in writing.

15. LAW, JURISDICTION, AND LANGUAGE

This Site, any content contained herein and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this Site are governed by Egyptian law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. All contracts are concluded in English and Arabic.

Subject to the applicable law, neither Source Beauty, nor its employees or directors shall be liable to any user for any lost profits or revenues, or consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or its content (including but not limited to damage resulting from reliance on any information obtained from the site).

1. By permitting Source Beauty to use particular Content (by affirmatively answering a request from us or on our behalf on social media or otherwise indicating your agreement for Source Beauty to use your Content), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read and ensure you are in agreement before proceeding.
2. In these Terms “Content” refers to the photo [and/or video, including any sound] and accompanying text posted through your account on social media, accompanying metadata such as time and place of creation, your user name, and links to your social media profile.
3. You grant Source Beauty a right to use and display the Content, in any media, worldwide, for any lawful commercial purpose, in original or edited form, including: on Source Beauty’s social media accounts, websites, blogs, digital displays, advertising, and generally in the promotion of Source Beauty’s products or services. Such rights also extend to Source Beauty’s subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, assigns, licensees, and anyone else acting on behalf of Source Beauty.
4. Restricted
   
   Source Beauty’s rights to use your Content last indefinitely until canceled by you, which you can do at any time by contacting Source Beauty by email: info@sourcebeauty.com. After cancelation we will not reuse your Content. However, please note that past posts may remain visible and Source Beauty will retain your Content for [2 years] after cancelation.
5. UGC Rights Management 1 
   
   The rights you grant to Source Beauty are non-exclusive and (subject to Source Beauty’s rights) you retain all rights to use the Content for your own purposes. Source Beauty will not pay any royalties or compensation to you or any third party for use of the Content. Use is at Source Beauty’s discretion and Source Beauty is not obliged to use your Content in any particular way or at all.
6. You agree that you do not have any right to review, approve, or object to Source Beauty’s use of your Content or advertising copy, or to be identified as the author/creator of the Content.
7. Source Beauty respects applicable laws and the rights of others and wishes to avoid using any content that does not.
   By agreeing to these Terms you represent and warrant to Source Beauty that:
   
   
   1. the Content is your original work and you own it and all intellectual property rights in it and have all necessary rights to grant Source Beauty the rights set out in these Terms (including in relation to copyrights, trademarks, private or public buildings, performances, sounds, and music) or, if you are not the owner of such rights, you have already obtained permission from the owner of such rights, and will inform us if this is incorrect or such permission is withdrawn at any time;
   2. Source Beauty’s use of your Content as provided herein will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, image, performance, or publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party, require the payment of any compensation to any third party, or breach any applicable laws;
   3. nothing in your Content will be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening to any third party; and
   4. you are over 18 years of age and have the right to agree to these Terms.
      
      
8. You will hold Source Beauty harmless and indemnify Source Beauty against any actions, loss and damage arising out of any claims by third parties in connection with the Content, including for breach of intellectual property, data protection, privacy, image, performance, or publicity rights
9. The Content may contain information about you or identifiable individuals which constitutes personal data under applicable laws.
10. By agreeing to these Terms you give your consent to the processing of such personal data by Source Beauty for the purposes set out in these Terms.
11. Where any personal data relating to any other person appears in the Content you warrant that you also have obtained their consent for processing of such personal data.
12. Source Beauty will process personal data included in the Content or otherwise provided to us in connection with our use of the Content in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy available here
